Jo also possesses an extensive knowledge of the online advocacy sector for nonprofits. She co-founded and directs CitizenSpeak.org - a free email advocacy service for grassroots organizations. CitizenSpeak has won a number of distinguished awards including the Pizzigati Award (the nation’s top award for open source software in the public space) and a Webby Honoree Award.
